In https://sites.google.com/therocksandiego.org/baptism-report/registration, you have the list of people registered to be baptized.

• Admin clicks on the Click here link to the right of the person.
• A Form Assembly form pops open where the admin enters the baptism date and then they press the Submit to Mark Attendance button.
• From there a Baptism Attendance record is created in Salesforce.

On Baptism Sunday, the dashboard is live on an ipad. Person walks up to be baptized. Admin clicks click here to mark the person’s attendance. There are often wifi issues and attendance gets posted later in that case.

From there the Baptism Attendance record is created in Salesforce, but it is not actually connected to the Contact record in Salesforce. This is something that Marcus and Courtney have been working on. Jen would love to have a better process for this.

Who are the Admins?

• Admins are mostly the campus admins except for Point Loma and Chula Vista.

What are their names/roles? (are they staff or volunteers, etc)

• Admins for PL: Jesse Vito Cruz, Leticia, and Ty Johnson but mainly Leticia McCormack (PST & high level volunteer)
• Admins for CH: Jessica Rios (ch campus admin) with Crystaline Olson and Noel Mitchell helping her (all staff)
• Admins for CV: Jeremiah Tovar (staff)
• Admins for EC: Andrea Adams (el campus admin) (she had a pst helping her last time because she was away)
• Admins for SM: Peyton Abramson (sm campus admin)

Is each campus responsible for recording their own baptisms?

• Yes

Does the baptism attendee receive anything automatically as a result of this happening? (an email, a certificate, etc)

• Baptism attendee will receive a certificate by email or mail (depending on what they signed up for in the registration), but this does not happen automatically

When do the Admins do this task? And by what date does it need to be done?

• There is no deadline but the certificates are generally sent the week following the baptism

Is there any oversight or accountability to ensure that this task is getting done? If so, by whom?
