If the user signed up for the 1-Day life class, they will receive an email from "LIFE Class TEAM <lifeclass@sdrock.com>" with the subject line, "Registration Details for the 1-Day LIFE Class on Saturday, mm/dd". These emails are generated from Form Assembly.
The user will receive a reminder email the day before with the subject line, "Reminder- you are registered for LIFE Class on Sunday" or "Reminder- 1 Day LIFE Class is TOMORROW!".
The email will contain all relevant class information. If the user does not attend the class, they will receive an email with the subject line "LIFE Class - We Missed You Yesterday" or "LIFE Class - What a Day! We Missed Having You."
These emails are generated from Salesforce.
Upon completion of the LIFE Classes or 1-Day LIFE Class, the user receives an email with the subject line, "LIFE Class Graduates - Exit Email (with Survey)."
This email is generated from FellowshipOne and contains next step information along with a Wufoo survey to complete to comment on the LIFE Class taken..
Notes: This user experience is from a global level. Each campus follows up differently with their LIFE class attendees ranging from not at all to a lot of information.
