On submission, user sees a success message that says:

Success! Your email to this ministry was sent succesfully

The user’s message is sent to the ministry email address that is designated within the CMS, and the campus pastor is cc'd.

This email address within the CMS is typically a Rock ministry address (ex. hikingpl@sdrock.com) that simply forwards to the ministry leader's personal email address.

A copy of the user's message is sent to the user from "Rock Church <noreply@sdrock.com>". prefixed with "Here is a copy of the email you sent to XXXXX Ministry..." (the subject is "Inquiry via Rock Website")
